MEETING ABOUT ATTEMPT TO RE-OPEN ADIRONDACK INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY
An agreement has been reached with the town of New Bremen over the tax assessment issue which will be favorable to efforts to re-open the track. AIS management is grateful to Town Supervisor Peter Keys and the rest of the town board for their hard work in resolving this issue. There are remaining issues with Lewis County which still need to be addressed and attention will now be given to those discussions. There is currently no set date for a definite re-opening of the track. It is hoped we will be racing sometime in 2013 and in cooperation with other race tracks in the area. Thanks to everyone who has supported AIS during this time!
