RE: True Stock Division Rules

Effective Date: January 23, 2008

This document is notification of a rules bulletin posted for the True Stock division at the Adirondack International Speedway.

Effective immediately, Section 4.1 in the 2008 True Stock division rules will undergo the following change:

-           Roof must be of stock steel, stock appearing aluminum, or stock appearing fiberglass ONLY. Roof and all door posts must maintain stock height and configuration and must maintain stock equivalent front, side, and rear window openings.

This change will go into effect immediately and will stay in effect throughout the 2008 racing season.

While the Adirondack International Speedway strives to maintain a fair and level playing field for all competitors, they also are highly committed to maintaining an affordable place to race. This rule will enhance the division, in allowing aftermarket parts that are, in modern times, low in OEM stock availability. This rule will also “open up” the rulebook to allow competitors from outside areas to enter events and compete at the Adirondack International Speedway.
